Well, I knew they were getting sued, so it's possible this is legit, but it is odd to just randomly get this in your e-mai.l (Unless it's a Gmail account you've used to buy adveritising from them?)

All in all, it's too bad. I like Google. They're not perfect, but they're pretty good.
