Maybe it's PMS time for Mother Earth, but it seems like everywhere countries are experiencing devastating catastrophes...

Like for instance, being a cab driver in China right now plainly sucks...

She's finally rebeling against our continued destruction of the planet over the past couple of decades..

Or from the religious stance, beginning of the end of days?

Mal: I'm standing right here.
Jayne: You're coming through good and loud.
Mal: 'Cause I'm standing right here.

Another 2012'er? Cheez, they're popping up left and right. Listened
to some Christian broad ranting about 2012 a couple of weeks ago.
She saw some 'documentary' and now she's an expert. Finally got
her to shut up when I asked if they used the Mayan calendar in the
Bible.

Eff'ing TV's ruined most viewers' mentation.

p.s. -- sorry 'bout the coffee, Doc.

Personally, I would be ecstatic if the world had a catacylsm in around 2012-2015. I'd be done with medical school and looking for adventure around that time anyway. Life is about the struggle to succeed and grow, no? Not only would this deliver such, but I'd become an extremely hot commodity over-night.

Besides, if the world is going to end, I'd like to be one of the people to watch it burn. I think I'd get a much greater sense of appreciation for the momentous event than most people.

It wouldn't surprise me if something devastating happened in the next 20-25 years...

possibly 50,000 dead in China is terrible...but not devastating...

the world is well over-due for an event of world-wide proportions...where almost over-night a third of the population is gone...a plague...errant missile launch caused by faulty equipment causing a retaliatory strike...major food shortage...new drug resistant disease...

something or other.

Tax Revolt and the victims..."lawyers/Bankers/politicians/despots and CEO's(and air head movie stars)" that would pretty much eliminate half the population right there...

I'm reading a book at the moment. Its all about a bunch of people, within the American military, who thought they could kill a goat by staring at it. Not only that, they could glean valuable Intel by remote viewing. The founder of this train of thought believed if he trained hard enough could walk through walls!!

Amongst the proponants of such elite capbilities, was some one who prophasised just the type of natural occurance we are witness too.

The Taz needs to go underground, litteraly, as its going to get pretty bad up yop side. Mind you the earth was suposed to end in 2000, via an alien invasion.
