Here is an overview of the Heartbleed bug by my friends at IOActive:

http://blog.ioactive.com/2014/04/bleeding-hearts.html

The current recommendation is that you change your passwords to online services that are or may be affected by this bug.

One such service, LastPass, is recommending changing the master key.

I'm going to be changing mine.

Here is some more info from Brian Krebs:

Jayne: Testing. Testing. Captain, can you hear me?
Mal: I'm standing right here.
Jayne: You're coming through good and loud.
Mal: 'Cause I'm standing right here.

Yeh, it's nuts.....good thing I don't do any financial transactions online. Even the Canada Revenue website is/was shut down, so they extended tax fillings.
