I saw nokia's infamous wep cracking tutorial a long time ago and printed it out. I just recently ran across the printout and decided to search for part 2.

So during my searching I noticed a lot of technical posts and decided that I would join.

I used to be big into the forum scene, until I was subscribed to more than I could handle and lost interest. Now I'm a huge RSS reader guy and again, I've got enough feeds to drown a small animal. Since this place doesn't look like your typical noob hangout, I look forward to chatting with you guys.

Hi there - since I never have anything technical to say, I'll keep this short and sweet! :D
The post office just released a new stamp in the shape of a clitoris but it's not selling very well because only 3% of men know how to lick it.

This is a little harder for me. At first it looks like Base64, but you mentioned cypher and hash so that leads me to believe it's MD5 (besides, decoding it in Base64 produced a bunch of garbage). However, I have no idea what to do with the long string and I'm running the hash through an online reverse lookup now.
