World's tallest man saves two dolphins
BEIJING - The long arms of the world’s tallest man reached in and saved two dolphins by pulling plastic material out of their stomachs, state media and an aquarium official said Thursday.
The dolphins got sick after nibbling on plastic from the edge of their pool at an aquarium in Liaoning province. Attempts to use surgical instruments to remove the plastic failed because the dolphins’ stomachs contracted in response to the instruments, the China Daily newspaper reported.

He ain't pretty though.harrykeavan wrote:Some happy ladies out there i bet!
I read the story on the BBC news last night and it was on TV this morning. Weird thing to see a big odd looking chap lokking like he's trying to turn a dolphin inside out, but he did the job.

I was gonna give you a rimshot, but well, I don't see the joke. Let's try to find it...
By "the building," you are implying that I myself was in the school? But this makes no sense, if I was on my way out of the school at the same time 6th grade let out, one could infer that you are stating I, myself, am in 6th grade. If I was in 6th grade, I clearly wouldn't need to ask if 6th grade was just let out as I left the building.
No, no that doesn't hold together at all... maybe the building is still the school... but I am in a lower grade that was discharged at the same... wait that doesn't work either because my comment clearly indicated that 6th grade was less mature. Perhaps this was not a k-6 school, but perhaps it was a middle school of grades 6-8...
Ok, so I leave the middle school at the same time the younger 6th graders do, but I didn't notice them because... wait this fails for the same reason the joke using a rural schoolhouse of k-12 fails. If my class got out at the same time, I would have just said "did school get out?" rather than the specific grade. Even if I was in high school (9-12) or Jr. High (7-8) I still would have said something like "did elementary school just get out?" or "did middle school just get out."
It seems less likely that the building identifies my school, I suppose the building could identify some particular place of ill repute by a local elementary or middle school that keeps comparable hours, which I was leaving at the same time school was out. This joke seems a little too esoteric for you though and not really very funny...
Oh I know, the place of ill repute keeps mirror image hours to the school and I was working there as janitorial staff during the off hours, cleaning protein off windows or something. The cleaning agents give me the brain damage and that is why I was leaving the place of ill repute at the same time the 6th graders passed the oblivious me!
*rimshot*
I give that joke a 2 out of 5, better than the Elephant series, but not as good as "a horse walks into a bar."
cheers,
catch
